Support The Fund for Pasadena
People who care about Pasadena are making a difference – now and in the future – by supporting The Fund for Pasadena, a collection of endowments that provide perpetual support for this community. Gifts to the Pasadena Community Foundation support its local grant making programs and make Pasadena a better place to live and work.
You can support the Fund for Pasadena in the following ways:
Create a Charitable Fund:
A Charitable Fund can be established to serve the charitable interests and needs of you, your family or organization. Charitable Fund options include Unrestricted Named Funds that support the ever-changing needs of the community; Named Field of Interest Funds to support a particular cause such as youth or the arts; Designated Funds to support specific charities; Scholarship Funds; and Donor Advised Funds.
Give an Unrestricted Gift – Join the Fellows:
Unrestricted gifts can be made to support the charitable grant-making programs of the Pasadena Community Foundation. Annual gifts of $500 or more make the donor eligible to join the Fellows. Donors of $1-$499 become Friends. Endowment Fellows can become perpetual Fellows by endowing their annual gift through an unrestricted named fund with a one-time donation of $10,000.
Give a Restricted Gift:
Restricted gifts can be made to support an existing fund at the Pasadena Community Foundation, or to establish a new, named fund to support your own charitable interests.
Establish a Future Fund by Bequest:
By leaving a bequest to the Pasadena Community Foundation, you can leave a charitable legacy. A future fund established with your bequest may provide perpetual unrestricted support to the community in your name, or may be created to provide perpetual support to specific charities or a cause your care about. Donors who have named PCF as a beneficiary in their estate plan are recognized as members of the Legacy Society.
